Bereavement Ministry
Spiritual Leader: Bro. Levell W. Kensey
Although neither words nor acts of kindness can remove the penetrating pain that is caused by the passing of a loved one, the Bereavement Ministry helps to provide comfort to the Saints of Lansing during their time of mourning.
Mission Statement
"Bear one another's burdens, and so you will fulfill the law of Christ." Gal. 6:2
The Bereavement Ministry is committed to reaching out, supporting, and comforting members of our church family who are dealing with the loss of a loved one. During this stressful and seemingly unbearable time, we strive in the spirit of excellence to show the compassion and love of God by standing with the family and sharing in their sorrow. We are compelled by the grace and mercy that he freely gives to encourage and help meet the needs of the family.
